The drug mafia will applaud Ukraine
The question of legalizing the use of marijuana for medical purposes cannot be raised in the poll, which will be held on October 25 simultaneously with the Ukrainian local elections, since the results could be used in favor of criminal structures.
Viktor Suslov, former Minister of Economy of Ukraine, stated this on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What does “legalization” mean? This is not decrypted. And the president doesn't explain what "medical use" is. If the process of free access to soft (for starters) drugs is launched, then the drug mafia will applaud our government for this. At the same time, it is not clear why this is being done - the list of medications approved for use is approved by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, including those containing opium.
We have special laws that determine all this. It is absolutely impossible to raise this question before the people in such a vague form - everyone will understand it in their own way, and the result will be used for unknown purposes,” Suslov said.
