He stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. According to the politician, he was accused of drug addiction by the drunken head of the Shevchenko district police department of Kyiv.
“The head of the Shevchenkovsky police department, a certain Pristupa, the former head of the Gorlovka police, came, drunk as he was... We had a verbal altercation, because the man simply reeks of alcohol and still cheats us of our license, and also calls me a drug addict. This is a purely Russian thing, Russian propaganda. Russians always say that Saakashvili is a drug addict, a snorter, and so on. This, of course, Gorlovka, Donetsk, repeats the Russian cliché,” Saakashvili said.
