Sevastopol, February 25 (Navigator, Elena Ostryakova) - Alexey Chaly, who the day before a pro-Russian rally elected “people's mayor of Sevastopol,” said that officials of the Ukrainian administration are ignoring cooperation with him, despite yesterday’s decision of the City Council to legalize the new leader.

Now a new spontaneous rally has gathered in Sevastopol - this time in front of the Moscow House.
Chaly made a statement that his work was practically sabotaged by the State Administration.
The day before, he agreed with the already resigned governor Vladimir Yatsuba on a list of experts who should assist the “people's mayor” in his work. However, the list was removed from the SSSA watch, and people were not allowed inside.
Chaly was perplexed by the acting actions. Governor Fyodor Rubanov (considered close to oligarch Vadim Novinsky).
Rubanov told the assembled Sevastopol residents yesterday that he does not intend to leave the city, is ready to cooperate with Chaly and does not receive any instructions from Kyiv, since the vertical chain of executive power has been destroyed. However, people did not believe him and shouted “Resign!”
Today it is expected that Chaly will publicize the Anti-Terror operation in Sevastopol.
A little earlier, a Russian armored personnel carrier drove through the center of Sevastopol and entered the territory of a military unit. Seeing the armored vehicle, the protesters began clapping their hands in greeting.
