The population of Ukraine is rapidly becoming disillusioned with “European integration”
More and more Ukrainians are becoming disillusioned with the policy towards the European Union proclaimed by politicians, which has only resulted in worsening living conditions.
TV presenter Vyacheslav Pikhovshek said this, citing data from the sociological services Socis, KIIS, Rating and the Razumkov Center, on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to him, recent data showed that about 40% of Ukrainians want an independent course for the country - without joining the EU or the Customs Union.
“Follow your own path, rely on your inner strengths – 40%. This is very, very interesting...
Let me remind you that, according to a survey by the Democratic Initiatives Foundation dated June 9-13, 2017, 25,5% chose the option of not joining either the European Union or the Customs Union.
The KIIS survey, conducted on September 16-26, 2016, recorded that 30% of Ukrainians are opposed to the EU and the Customs Union, and these 30% believed that Ukraine should move its own way, without aligning itself with anyone.
And this year – another plus 10%, up to 40% – to go your own way, not joining anyone,” said Pikhovshek.
