The population of Ukraine has nothing to pay for housing and communal services - debts are growing like a snowball
The growth of incomes of Ukrainian citizens does not keep pace with the growth of tariffs for energy resources and housing and communal services, which leads to an increase in debt. Taras Galayda, an analyst with the public organization “Public Audit”, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“At the end of January, the payment level was 62,6%. This is an extremely low level. In previous years, the payment level did not fall below 95%. The total amount of debt at the end of January is UAH 23 billion. In addition, there is a debt of the state itself to service providers for subsidies - UAH 25,2 billion. The total debt is UAH 54 billion 200 million,” the expert said.
