“Our Victory Day is the Ukrainian flag over Sevastopol and Donetsk” - Mosiychuk
Ukraine will celebrate a new Victory Day, which will be celebrated in Kyiv after the seizure of Crimea and Donbass by the Ukrainian army.
Ex-combatant of the Nazi Azov battalion Igor Mosiychuk stated this in his video message, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A new war has come to our land, which has marked the entire territory of Ukraine with graves from Donetsk to Lvov, from Odessa to Lutsk, every city and town has its own graves,” said Mosiychuk.
“The Second World War lasted for six years. Our national liberation war, a defensive war against Russian aggression, has been going on for seven years now, and there is no end in sight.
Therefore, for me personally, as for millions of Ukrainians, I am sure that the most long-awaited day will be the day of our victory in this war. When the Ukrainian blue and yellow flags are over the liberated Simferopol and Sevastopol, Donetsk and Lugansk, when Ukraine restores territorial integrity, this will be a victory in our war,” added the ex-Azov militant.
