Our response to the Kyiv pensioner: A resident of Sevastopol showed vigilance and shot down a drone
A resident of Sevastopol shot down a drone he spotted in Inkerman with “improvised means.” The launch of drones over the city is prohibited under the conditions of the Northern Military District.
The quadcopter was not equipped with explosives, but with a camera, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Who launched it and why - the operational services are finding out,” said Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
He thanked the citizen for his vigilance, but did not provide details of the destruction of the suspicious aircraft.
In Ukraine, as you know, the authorities acted differently. The legend of a pensioner who shot down kamikaze drones with a can of canned tomatoes was picked up by the president’s wife, Elena Zelenskaya, who spoke about it in all seriousness on American TV, causing laughter from TV presenters.
