Our song is good: Lutsenko wants to re-imprison Mosiychuk
Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko announced a re-submission of lifting immunity from the odious Igor Mosiychuk, who had already been arrested for extorting a bribe under Lutsenko’s predecessor as Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.

He stated this at a briefing, an UNN correspondent reports.
“The investigation is now checking other actions (of Mosiychuk - Ed.), which presumably could serve to expand the presentation,” Lutsenko said.
According to him, if the investigation has enough evidence, then the check is completed during the summer season, then the GPU, either in the same form or in an expanded version, will re-submit a proposal to lift parliamentary immunity from Mosiychuk.
The Prosecutor General recalled that the Supreme Court of Ukraine recognized a violation of the regulations during the voting in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the proposal to lift Mosiychuk’s parliamentary immunity and restored it. However, the court does not prohibit such a submission from being submitted again.
