“Our authorities (president, government, parliamentary coalition) have already lost the hybrid war,” the political scientist admitted. – After all, the goal in such a war is not the formal occupation of territory, but, first of all, economic and political desovereignization. There is only one problem left - how to sell this “victory” to the Ukrainians?
