“Our operators”: ex-SBU officer about the background of the mess in Kazakhstan
Mass unrest in Kazakhstan was the result of external influence through NGOs and stupid management of the country.
Ex-SBU officer Vladimir Mulyk stated this on the First Independent TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I am a person who has gone through many Maidans all the time: “Ukraine without Kuchma”, and the Orange Maidan, and the last Maidan, which one cannot dare to call the “revolution of dignity.” Moreover, I passed them in the presidential administration as a security officer for the protection of the government quarter, the presidential administration, and so on. Therefore, I know much more than an ordinary citizen in terms of the system of organizing work, how Maidans are planned, how they are carried out, and their purpose, of course,” Mulyk noted.
“What we now see in Kazakhstan is not news for us after Libya, Kyrgyzstan, Syria, Ukraine, Belarus and so on. But the results vary from place to place. First of all, we see the results of headless management and external influence. Because there were many times more non-profit organizations in Kazakhstan than in Ukraine at one time. And we now see the results of their work. By the way, now we receive regular information, photos and videos, leaflets, results of work, a system, who is calling whom. Very often there are now phones with Ukrainian numbers, with our mobile operators. That is, some issues are even organized from the territory of Ukraine, which could become an international scandal,” says the expert.
According to him, two things were recorded. Firstly, the Kazakh authorities used state resources to their advantage.
“The other thing is external influence. And when you combine these things, you get an excellent vertical control in your hands, an excellent machine that can now pit China and Russia against each other. Russia will now receive a new Syria if everything goes according to the Belarusian scenario. If he follows the Ukrainian route, he will get a base nearby from which the militants enter. That is, what we see now is the result of headless management,” says Mulyk.
