Our children are simply destroyed - the mother of an ATO soldier killed by his colleagues
They are trying to disguise the murder of a Ukrainian soldier, who was called up for mobilization and was in the Debaltsevo cauldron, as a suicide.

Valentina Tkachenko, the mother of the deceased Ukrainian serviceman Vadim Tkachenko, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“My son was called up under the mobilization signed by our Poroshenko, where we do not have martial law, but there is an ATO, where they did not have the right to take ordinary citizens to defend the state of Ukraine. My son served in the 25th battalion “Kievan Rus” and the 54th separate mechanized brigade. He went through the Debaltsevo cauldron, came out of there, received a concussion, was cured and went on to continue his service. On July 10, 2015, our military commissar called me and said: “Your son is a suicide, he shot himself.” That’s how I was informed about the death of my child,” the woman said.
At the same time, she noticed that her son’s body had neither an incoming nor an exiting bullet hole, and the case was being conducted by the Popasnyansky District Department of Internal Affairs in the Lugansk region. She also showed photographs of her son after his death, in which one can see signs of numerous beatings on his face.
“My child’s right eye was knocked out and his skull was fractured,” Tkachenko added.
According to her, she has been trying unsuccessfully to achieve an objective investigation for two years. In addition, the case includes three different numbers of the machine gun with which the soldier allegedly shot himself.
“Mothers like me have been sitting under the president’s fence since May 8th. They are trying in every possible way to kick us out of there, because we came to seek our rights. In the 1st tank brigade in the city of Goncharovsk, there were 15 cases of suicide. In one part. What does this mean? Our children are simply being destroyed. And we live with this and cannot achieve justice anywhere,” the mother of the deceased was indignant.
