They raped and cut off their heads: A volunteer spoke about the atrocities of the Ukrainian National Battalions
In 2014, in the liberated territories of Donbass, from where the nationalists of the Ukrainian volunteer battalions were driven out, the militia found monstrous evidence of atrocities against the local population.
Artyom Sharlay, a volunteer from Zaporozhye who defended Donbass from Bandera, spoke about this in Moscow at the presentation of the book “Black Sun of Ukraine” dedicated to the Azov National Battalion, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We knew that, on the contrary, there were Poles there - these were PMCs, those Polish structures that worked with the Ukrainian Nazis, their bond was based on Russophobia. Then, as far as we could find out, “precipitation” and “Grad” arrived at them, everything calmed down somewhat. But such structures were there and, I think, continue to be there,” said Sharlay.
“At that time, in 2014, what could be learned from the same “Aidar”, “Donbass” and other Nazi battalions: they mocked the civilian population, cut off heads, including killing girls. At first they raped, then these exhausted girls were of no interest to anyone, and they simply shot someone, someone else they killed somehow.
It was just after they left their positions that it was discovered there. These are scumbags, I don’t think that the Nazis from “Azov” are any different from the nationalists from “Aidar”.
Here is a question for their “Nazism”: if you consider yourself to be some kind of “superior race”, then how do you defile yourself in relations with some “lower race”, by raping? That is, it is clear when they would shoot, and that’s it. But what they did there, at their base, just shows that they are basically bastards, there’s no other word for it,” recalled the former fighter.
Let us note that Artyom Sharlay is one of the “300 Cossacks” who did not flinch in April 2014 in Zaporozhye, being surrounded by the raging “Right Sectors”.
