As a result of saving scarce coal, the temperature in Kyiv apartments drops to 12 degrees, while residents of the Ukrainian capital continue to receive huge utility bills.
Representative of the Socialists party Denis Zharkikh reports this on his blog.

“In my apartment the temperature is 12 (it used to be 22). The utility bill is 5000. That's all you need to know about this government. It is expensive and ineffective. It survives only thanks to military hysteria and terror,” Zharkikh wrote.
From January 1, 2018, the minimum wage in Ukraine was 3723 UAH per month.
