Hoverla coach proposes to return Crimean clubs to the Ukrainian Premier League

The head coach of Uzhgorod "Goverla" Vyacheslav Grozny advocated the return of Crimean football clubs to the Ukrainian championship.

“Personally, I am in favor of 16 clubs playing in the Premier League. It would be possible to allow Crimean clubs to compete in the Ukrainian championship, because we consider Crimea part of Ukraine, and at least in this way demonstrate our loyalty to the Crimeans, to the Crimean Tatar population in particular,” Grozny is quoted as saying "Nikvest".

The Ukrainian coach suggested that Crimean clubs could play in Kherson or Nikolaev, since teams from Donbass also play outside the DPR and LPR.
