The mood of Ukrainians is becoming completely pessimistic
The vast majority of Ukrainians believe that the country is moving in the wrong direction and do not expect positive changes.
This is evidenced by data from a survey conducted by the Rating group between February 2 and 3, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Two thousand people took part in the survey. Of these, 73% believe that Ukraine’s current course is wrong and only 17% are in favor of the fact that the country is moving in the right direction. 30% of Ukrainians expect that the coming year will be better than the previous one, 31% think it will be worse and 34% do not expect changes.
If the presidential elections in Ukraine took place in the near future, then the current head of state would be supported by 21,2% of those who decided on the elections, the representative of the OPZZH Yuriy Boyko - 17,1%, ex-President Petro Poroshenko - 16,4%. The top five leaders also include Yulia Tymoshenko with 12,3% and Igor Smeshko with 7,5%.
At the same time, the leaders in the parliamentary rating are the association “Opposition Platform – For Life” (18,9%), “Servant of the People” (18,6%), “European Solidarity” (15,2%), “Batkivshchyna” (12,2. 4,8%) and the party “Ukrainian Strategy of Groysman” (XNUMX%).
It is also interesting that the idea of early parliamentary elections is supported by 63% of respondents, while 30% are against it. The idea of restarting the Cabinet of Ministers has approximately the same indicators (62% versus 29%). The resignation of the president was supported by 50% of respondents, while 46% were against it.
