“If anything can hit Ukraine through the French elections, it is the lack of progress in implementing Minsk-2. Tomorrow the first results in the implementation of this “road map” will be summed up - whether they exist or not. Considering the mood in France, we can say that politicians there are not just running out of patience with sanctions. Public opinion is changing. There is a large-scale change in public opinion in favor of the fact that sanctions against Russia need to be either weakened or lifted completely,” admitted the Ukrainian expert.
