Political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the Nash TV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“He will be decisive for Zelensky’s team. If they cope with this problem – no matter what, perhaps a truncated, compromise version, either in the letter of “Minsk” or in the spirit of “Minsk” – it doesn’t matter. This means that then it will be possible to apply for a second term. In general, this year is decisive for them. If it is more or less successful, we get through it successfully, we get through this year, a difficult year in all respects for everyone, then we can think about a second term. Or else there are other plans then,” Karasev said.
