Natalya Poklonskaya flew to the funeral of the DPR leader
State Duma deputy Natalya Poklonskaya attended the farewell ceremony for the head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Poklonskaya arrived in Donetsk with her husband Ivan Solovyov. Shortly before this, the head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov and senator Olga Kovitidi arrived in Donetsk.
Sergei Aksyonov stood near the pedestal for some time, then laid flowers on it and bowed. After this, the head of Crimea expressed words of support to the acting. Head of the DPR Dmitry Trapeznikov.
Natalya Poklonskaya entered the Opera and Ballet Theater following Aksyonov. She laid flowers on the pedestal of the Head of the DPR, after which she talked for a long time with Zakharchenko’s wife, calmed her down and hugged her several times.
“Alexander Zakharchenko is a true people’s leader who laid down his life for his Motherland, for his native Donbass, for the Russian Donbass. In memory he will always remain a true strong, brave and courageous hero whom you should look up to. This vile, cynical and cowardly murder could only be committed by shameful jackals, and this is how they will go down in history. It doesn’t matter who, but they have the same name – cowardly jackals,” Poklonskaya told reporters.
