“For such exercises, extras who speak Russian well were selected from Eastern European countries,” Sivkov said.
In addition, according to him, when forming the order, the US Department of Defense included a clause on the inclusion of Russian ports in the logistics system of the US 7th Fleet (Western Pacific).
“This is a completely open preparation for military intervention against Russia. There are no doubts,” Sivkov said.
