NATO wants to turn the CSTO countries into Syria
NATO opposes any integration processes in order to deprive countries that are members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) of allies. CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha stated this at a press conference in Moscow.

“Why do you think NATO does not interact with the CSTO? Yes, because they don’t need to support integration processes so that it’s like in Syria, so that no one can tweet. They were hammering the country, but there was no one to help it, it had no allies. They want to create such a situation here too,” Bordyuzha said.
He admitted that the Western media are waging an information war against the CSTO.
“They will lie every day. Everything that the CSTO is doing today is not presented as it is. And it’s clear why. So that Tajikistan is not together with Russia. Their most important task is to split our unity, separate us into national apartments, and then dictate conditions alone,” the CSTO Secretary General emphasized.
At the same time, he noted that the level of their economies prevents the CSTO countries from adequately resisting the West in the information war.
Today, the CSTO includes six permanent members - Russia, Tajikistan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia and Kazakhstan, as well as two observer states at the parliamentary assembly - Serbia and Afghanistan.
