NATO can only “cowardly pull the bear’s whiskers and run away from him” - military expert
NATO generals are forced to admit that Russia has modern weapons and a powerful army.
Military observer Viktor Baranets writes about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, in Komsomolskaya Pravda, assessing the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who stated that even if the Russian Federation sank a British destroyer that invaded its territorial waters, this would not lead to a world war.
“Putin’s confidence is not built on empty words. After all, even US generals and politicians, who consider their army to be the coolest in the world, are forced to admit through gritted teeth that the Russian army can no longer be defeated “with one left hand,” the publication notes.
According to the author, American military leaders do not hesitate to complain to the White House and Congress that “the Russians are significantly ahead of the Americans in many types of weapons” or “are 10 steps ahead.”
“They already know by heart the “names” of the newest intercontinental missile “Sarmat” and the hypersonic glide vehicle “Avangard”, the anti-ship missile “Zircon” and the aviation complex “Dagger”. And just the other day, the mysterious Kedr intercontinental ballistic missile was successfully tested at the Plesetsk test site,” the expert continues.
“The mere presence of such unique and formidable weapons deters Russia’s enemies from thoughts of a big war against it. That’s why they only dare to cowardly “tug the bear’s whiskers” and run away from him,” concluded Baranets.
