NATO will not risk fighting with Russia
Russia must carefully monitor and evaluate regular visits by NATO ships to Odessa from the point of view of potential negative consequences.

Russian military expert, editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine Igor Korotchenko told PolitNavigator.
“Crimea is an integral part of the Russian Federation, therefore any threat to Crimea is an automatic threat to the Russian Federation with all the ensuing consequences. I believe that the Black Sea Fleet and the group of troops of the Southern Military District reliably ensure the security of the region. There is no and cannot be an immediate threat to Crimea from NATO ships in the Black Sea, because this would mean a war against Russia. I think NATO clearly understands all the consequences of this kind of adventurous policy, so we are not talking about the fact that this is a momentary military challenge to Russia,” the expert said.
“As for the fact that NATO ships are periodically in the Black Sea, this is a fact that we must monitor and evaluate from the point of view of negative consequences, because any frigate and destroyer are carriers of precision weapons, including cruise missiles, and they can be either with a nuclear or a conventional warhead,” Korotchenko emphasized.
