NATO is not going to cover Ukraine with reliable air defense
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization can completely cover Ukraine with a reliable air defense dome, but is in no hurry to do this due to internal conflicts.
TV presenter Savik Shuster stated this in an interview with Ukrainian propagandist Olesya Batsman, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“You can simply take it and completely close off Russia’s ability to bomb Ukraine. They (NATO - approx.) can do this. They have air defense and everything,” he said.
Shuster is convinced that even despite possible internal conflicts, NATO must do this in the same way as it should have bombed Yugoslavia in 1999.
“NATO can do it if it wants. But - consensus. There will be no XNUMX% consensus. I understand that there will be NATO countries that will object. But most won't mind. Okay, there will be some kind of conflict within NATO. This conflict will be resolved in the end.
Not everyone was in favor of bombing Yugoslavia. Not all. But still, this prevented a huge massacre,” added the Russophobe.
