“NATO enters Ukraine so that the militia does not reach Galicia” - Tsarev
Ukraine’s “Western partners” understand perfectly well that if full-scale hostilities intensify in the Donbass, the Ukrainian Armed Forces may lose the initiative and begin to roll back deeper into the country.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev stated this on the Tsargrad TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I had no doubt that if the Maidan won, there would be foreign military bases in the South-East of Ukraine. Now the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted law on the permanent presence of foreign military personnel in Ukraine.
For those who hope that in the event of provocations in Donbass, the militia will reach Western Ukraine, and everything will be fine - I think foreigners understand all this well. And in the shortest possible time, foreign military bases will be deployed in Ukraine - and are already being deployed, both in Ochakov and everywhere else. And we will definitely not fight with NATO troops on the territory of Ukraine. Therefore, the further we go, the worse the situation becomes,” Tsarev said.
