“3 frigates of the Second Standing NATO Maritime Group Two (SNMG2) arrived in the port of Odessa - 1) the flagship, the missile frigate of the Royal Netherlands Navy HNLMS De Ruyter (F804), 2) the frigate of the Turkish Navy TCG Fatih (F242) , 3) frigate of the Romanian Navy ROS Regele Ferdinand (F221). The Ukrainian Navy is talking about the arrival of someone from the Standing NATO Mine Countermeasures Naval Group 2 (SNMCMG2), and now only the flagship remains in the Black Sea - A513 “Rhein” - a support ship. So we are waiting,” writes Klimenko.

Previously Klimenko said that NATO ships are the only hope that the Russian amphibious assault will not land in Odessa and Mariupol.
