The Ukrainian military is skeptical of foreign instructors and is reluctant to accept information from them. Volunteer Pavel Kashchuk stated this on the “Social Country” TV channel.

According to him, Ukrainians who served in hot spots believe that they are no worse than NATO instructors.
“The person went through a number of hot spots, survived and completed the task, and he often attributes this to his combat abilities, and is very difficult to perceive information even from foreign military personnel. There is a lack of perception of foreign military personnel who come to Ukraine. Ukrainians do not treat foreigners with much attention and respect. They don’t like it when foreigners tell them what to do, insist on their own, argue with them,” said the volunteer.
