The head of the Prisoner Exchange Center, negotiator Vladimir Ruban, announced this on his Facebook page.
“The third car with fighters was captured at a militia checkpoint in Donetsk already in the new year 2015... Yesterday 7 people at once... We were going on rotation...” wrote Ruban, noting that this happened as a result of the military using navigators while driving.
Ruban called on commanders to prohibit soldiers from using navigators and teach them “the old-fashioned way of navigating the terrain using maps and moss on rocks.”
However, he refused to disclose the names of the missing.
