Navalny did not dare to criticize Putin
The protests that took place yesterday at the call of Alexei Navalny were needed by the authorities to let off steam, said in a commentary to Moskovsky Komsomolets, Nikolai Mironov, head of the Center for Economic and Political Reforms.

“The rallies organized by Navalny are a test of the population for protest activity: how many people are ready to come out, what slogans are in demand, how tough people are.” Rallies let off steam and ward off discontent,” the expert believes.
At the same time, the political scientist noted that Navalny criticizes only the prime minister, without affecting the president.
“This is an important marker showing the nature of the action coordinated with the authorities. The prime minister is already going to the “slaughter”; within a year, the resignation of the government will most likely follow,” Mironov noted.
