Navalny went to a strict regime - finally he composed a vile fake about a deceased judge
The Moscow City Court today recognized the legal sentence of criminal blogger Alexei Navalny to nine years in prison for fraud and contempt of court.
The sentence has come into force, and the blogger will soon be transferred to a maximum security colony, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is noteworthy that today’s decision was practically not covered either in the liberal media or on Navalny’s own social networks, which were previously regularly updated, despite the fact that he was serving a sentence under a different sentence.
His only faithful comrade-in-arms, Ilya Yashin, had to retell the defendant’s last word. According to him, Navalny said that the judge, who replaced his suspended sentence with a real one, allegedly gave him a letter through his lawyers “with regrets about her decision.” There she allegedly called the oppositionist a “brave man.” Judge Natalya Repnikova died of Covid in August 2021. However, Navalny expressed doubts that her death was natural.
“I still recommend that other judges be more careful in conveying their regrets to me,” Navalny said.
He also mentioned Ukraine many times in his speech, for which he received comments from the judge.
Today, the Meshchansky Court of Moscow rejected the blogger’s claim against Rosfinmonitoring regarding his inclusion in the list of terrorists and extremists.
“Perhaps Navalny should be given the opportunity to go to a penal battalion in Donbass? It will be a good example for everyone who is not convicted of robbery, violence or death, and they will want it too,” political scientist Marat Bashirov suggested in his TG channel.
