Nazarbayev adopted the former program of Yulia Tymoshenko
Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev adopted a modernized version of the “Ukrainian Breakthrough” program, which was proposed to him by former consultants of Yulia Tymoshenko.
Alexey Sitnikov, former political consultant to Tymoshenko, spoke about this at a meeting of the RAPC Congress in Moscow.

“Ukrainian Breakthrough” was launched on the eve of the parliamentary elections under the guise of creating an independent expert network through which society could influence politicians, achieving, for example, a reduction in child mortality, etc.
The election campaign of Tymoshenko’s party was built around the “Ukrainian Breakthrough,” but when she took the post of prime minister, Yulia’s government did not take advantage of the program developed.
“It turned out to be a very beautiful volume. Yulia Tymoshenko waved it when she was elected. But when I became prime minister, I didn’t take it into my hands,” Sitnikov said, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
A modernized version of the “Ukrainian Program” was subsequently proposed by consultants from Sitnikov’s team to the Kazakh authorities, who, unlike Tymoshenko, began implementing the project, the expert said.
