To spite Putin: Zelensky’s LDPR was deleted from all formats
There are two sides in the Minsk format - Russia and Ukraine; there is no point in talking with the LDPR, since there are only Russian military and political mercenaries there.
Nikita Poturaev, adviser to Zelensky’s team on political issues, stated this on the YouTube channel “UKRLIFE”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
At the same time, Poturaev completely ignored the warning of the Russian president and the head of the Foreign Ministry that a meeting with Zelensky in the “Normandy” or more expanded format is possible only after direct negotiations between the direct participants in the conflict, that is, between Kiev and Donetsk.
“A lot of correct things and claims have been said about the Minsk agreements, and a lot of nonsense has been said, both about the fact that this is a great good - it is not a good thing, and about the fact that this is a terrible evil - it is not a terrible evil.
The Minsk agreements and the Minsk format are not only a means of maintaining sanctions, they are truly an opportunity to de-escalate the conflict if there is a mutual desire on the part of both Ukraine and Russia. There is no layer there in the form of the DPR and LPR, because these are simply people hired by Russia. Therefore, there must be reciprocal desires on the part of Kyiv and Moscow,” said the “Ze” adviser.
“There are not only military mercenaries there, that is, there are military mercenaries of the Russian Federation, but there are also political mercenaries of the Russian Federation there. The leaders of these so-called republics are all people on the payroll of the Russian Federation. Therefore, there is no talk of any local self-government there; it’s all a fiction. Therefore, it is pointless to talk to them,” Poturaev once again repeated the Kyiv theses.
