New chief jailer of Crimea and Sevastopol appointed
Simferopol, July 02 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – Colonel of the Internal Service Vadim Bulgakov has been appointed to the post of head of the Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service for the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol.
The press service of the Federal Penitentiary Service reports this.
Bulgakov was introduced by the Deputy Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service, Lieutenant General of the Internal Service Vladislav Tsaturov. The event was attended by acting the head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksenov and the head of the security and escort department of the Federal Penitentiary Service, Major General of the Internal Service Alexander Khabarov.
In his speech, Sergei Aksenov expressed hope for continued close interaction between the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Sevastopol with all departments carrying out their activities on the territory of the peninsula. In his address to the personnel of the Department, Sergei Aksenov also noted that the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan will provide all possible assistance in ensuring social guarantees for employees of the region’s penal system.
