Poroshenko's appointee turned into a dove of peace
The main task for the new Ukrainian government is to establish peace in the country, after which it will be possible to solve all other problems.
Former governor of the Luhansk and Transcarpathian regions, ex-head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Gennady Moskal stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Moskal notes that peace in Donbass is what the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians voted for in the presidential and parliamentary elections.
“You were coming to power and had to be prepared for the fact that the main question that worries everyone who elected you today is when the war will end. All other issues can be resolved later. War and peace is the number one issue today. If it is delayed for some future period and it is unclear how many years, I believe that this is an absolutely frivolous answer,” Moskal said.
