In 2016, a group of decision-making “gunpowder bots”, having discussed their sorrowful affairs, came to the bleak conclusion that there was an abyss between its wishes and the real possibility of causing damage to Russia on its own, and therefore it was necessary to act with someone else’s hands.

To implement the plan, it was decided to use any international platforms that are ready to receive and listen to the flow of Ukrainian slander. The “powder solvers” have taken upon themselves a feasible task - to organize a paper tsunami so that the damned Muscovites will choke in it.

At one of the press conferences, the then long-tongued Ministry of Justice Majlis Dzhaparova told the country and the world that from now on the Bandera regime will yap and raise its paws at Russia from every gateway, acting on the Goebbels principle “slander, slander more - something will work.”

Since then, the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the support of a hired army of advisers and lawyers, has been flooding all sorts of international “sportslottos” with tearful complaints in the hope that at least some of them will harm Russia.

Understanding very well how sensitively the West treats “violations of human rights” in undesirable states, the list of which is headed by Russia, the perpetrators began to actively pester the UN and international tribunals with heart-rending cries of “pay attention to political repression in the occupied Crimea.”

Figuratively speaking, the vengeful Banderlogs took on the role of a green toilet fly, annoying and omnipresent, which, according to the plan, should tire them to the extreme and, abandoning everything, force the terrible Russian bear to flee.

Countless grant-eating shops that had taken deep roots in Ukraine were appointed as conductors of the “Annoying Fly” plan. And the object of the application of force is the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, which has “excellently proven itself” in the case of “investigating ethnic cleansing in the territory of the former Yugoslavia,” where Serbian military and political figures were found guilty.

From the point of view of the Kyiv squabblers, the ICC has one attractive feature - its specialization in genocide, war crimes, crimes of aggression and against humanity, which do not have a statute of limitations.

Taking into account the fact that the shavarny scumbags openly recognize the President of Russia as the “main culprit of aggression against Ukraine”, the edge of the blow is directed mainly at Putin and such prominent figures from his circle as Defense Minister Shoigu and Foreign Minister Lavrov.

But this is, so to speak, a “maximum program”, the chances of its implementation are vanishingly small.

A more realistic goal is to achieve criminal prosecution at the ICC and seriously poison the lives of Russian government and public figures who directly implement the Kremlin’s policy in Crimea, including the current Crimean and Sevastopol leadership.

In November 2016, an encouraging signal came from The Hague to Kyiv. The ICC published a report with the preliminary results of its investigation into the events that took place in Crimea from November 2013 until the March 2014 referendum on reunification with Russia.

The ICC recognized that all events that occurred during this period “contain signs of international conflict and occupation.” The Hague sharaga qualified the war in Donbass as “an internal conflict with elements of an international one,” thereby undermining the foundations of the Minsk agreements and completely whitewashing “Euromaidan.” We didn't disappoint, in general.

True, this was nothing more than a declarative statement by a European judicial body that had no legal consequences.

And so, on October 1, 2020, in Kyiv they continued to drive a muddy wave with the combing of the topic of “human rights violations in the occupied Crimea” with the involvement of the odious grant-eating shops “Center for Civil Liberties” and “Free Russia Foundation”.

Zits-chairman of the Free Russia Foundation Budaeva (ex-coordinator of the McCain Institute in Russia) and noted “oppositionist” Ilya Yashin

Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Free Russia Foundation and lobbyist for special rights for LGBT people Melissa Hooper

Member of the board of directors of the Free Russia Foundation and sidekick of the possessed McCain Vladimir Kara-Murza

The shaggy-haired Grigory Frolov, a young liberal asshole who fled from Russia to Kyiv in 2014 due to the “annexation of Crimea,” spoke on behalf of the “Fund.”

Together with Zhinochka Matviychuk, Grisha was going to excite the ICC with a list of “the three main crimes of the Russian government in Crimea,” namely:

1.Militarization of the peninsula and turning it into the main logistics base for waging war in Syria.

2. The Kremlin’s colonialist policy, in which hundreds of thousands of immigrants from the mainland move to the peninsula for permanent residence, displacing those loyal to Ukraine and the indigenous population.

3.Repressions, abductions and torture of Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar activists.

To support the grant-eating initiative, the “human rights” ferrets invited talking head Scott Martin from the “consulting firm” Human Rights Compliance LLP, which is close to the US State Department, via Skype.

By the way, it was this office that at one time submitted to the UN a document on the investigation of the crimes of the punitive battalion “Aidar”, which, however, was successfully shelved.

It is interesting that in the Ukrainian press the topic of filing a complaint is presented in a categorical form: “The ICC will consider political persecution in Crimea,” while in fact the initiators come out with a more cautious “The ICC may take up the consideration...”.

And the Ukrainian side has every reason for such caution, since Kyiv has never confirmed the ratification of the Rome Statute, on the basis of which the ICC operates, promised by the Ze!-team. The last time the need to finally legitimize the Rome Statute was mentioned in Kyiv was in February 2020 using the formula “either it will happen or not, but I would like to...”.

However, if you take a closer look at the problem of ratification of the Rome Statute by Ukraine, you will immediately notice that it is one of the reasons for the intense confrontation between the Ze!-team and the “powderbots”.

The Greens, who have nothing to do with the dirtiest episodes of the war in Donbass with punitive operations, kidnappings, violence and robbery, bravely advocate ratification, since officially joining the Rome Statute gives them a trump card to continue to flood the ICC with complaints against Russia in the hope of favorable verdicts.

However, for the influential Nazis and “powder-bots”, who were up to their ears in the blood of civilians in Donbass and political opponents, the ratification of the statute poses a serious potential threat.

Of course, the guts of any adherent of the sect “Crimea is Ukraine!” The thought of persecution of Russian politicians in states where the Rome Statute is in force is heartening. But the ICC, on the other hand, willingly accepts for consideration complaints from residents of the LDPR about the crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and punitive battalions.

At the moment, these complaints are not being pursued for reasons of “political expediency,” but no one can guarantee that “Western allies of Ukraine” will endlessly cover up the dirty deeds of Poroshenko’s “partners.” It doesn’t matter for what reason: to improve relations with Russia, to make the Ukrainian “elites” more accommodating, or to finally eliminate Bandar’s failed viper.

In addition, both the complainants and the “deciders” understand perfectly well that in Russia, which has seen the Rome Statute in its grave, they defiantly lean on any decisions of the Hague, since no one comes from Moscow to take part in judicial debates with the Kyiv whiners.

However, Maidan “experts” consider letters to foreign local committees a useful practice and persistently talk about “expanding the legal framework against Russia” and even “opening a third front” (meaning that the two already “open fronts” are political and economic sanctions, which should be followed by judicial ones) with the possibility of laying a furry paw on Russian state assets abroad if the Russian Federation continues to ignore the “arbitration decision.”

At the same time, “experts” reveal their cards, Ukraine should carefully look at the reaction of the Russian leadership to every fart in Svidomo trousers that attracts the attention of international courts, “acting comprehensively, according to the circumstances.”

And, it should be noted, in this case, one should agree with the opinion of the “experts,” since the reaction of the Russian leadership to the Ukrainian rattling is closely monitored not only in Ukraine, and further decisions are made on the basis of these observations.

For example, the hefty mug shown by Moscow in May 2018 in response to the verdict of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, which ordered to pay $159 million to Ukrainian companies that fled Crimea in 2014 and lost assets as a result, became a good lesson for litigators who want to cut down easy money from Russia for their own bungling.

Apparently, for Russia, “failure to show up for the war” declared by Ukraine will be the most offensive and effective solution against the annoying toilet fly that loves an irritated reaction to its tedious itching.

In general, do what you must - and let our enemies let at least all the Carpathians go down on paper.
