The publication notes that “people arrested under articles of terrorism and separatism say that there are already specific prices offered by representatives of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies in order to get on the exchange lists.”
“We are talking about $10,” the publication clarifies. – Considering that there are hundreds of such people, this is a market with a capacity of several million dollars. And, naturally, no one is eager to share control over it.”
