President of the Ukrainian Analytical Center Alexander Okhrimenko stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A little secret: we have “washer” banks, they, as I understand it, have found a common language with one of the deputy chairmen of the NBU. This (resolution) is a gift for the “washers”. The previous resolution had many obligations, but now it is broader. The situation is banal; indeed, more than 150 thousand need to be monitored. Previously, it was difficult to bring a certificate that Ivanov took a million, but put in seven million, “drove away.” And now it is possible. This is a relief for the “washers”. They are completely delighted now. One can only dream of such a gift. Salary certificate? Is it really possible that the washer won’t bring ten stamps from any company that he receives 150 thousand a month? There will be a certificate. Maybe there will be four companies, all with seals and signatures. There is another case - a certificate from a previous job is allowed. And if you bring that a person earned 50 thousand UAH per month in 2005? he will say - well, I earned money, I want to deposit my honestly earned 200 thousand dollars into my account. The rate was 5,05. Help - yes. The company has been gone for a long time, but who told you that you need to check it?” he said.
