The director of the Institute of Russian Abroad, Sergei Panteleev, stated this on the air of the talk show “Right to Voice”.

According to him, Ukraine should recognize the militias as a party to the negotiations, and not as terrorists.
“If the process of peaceful settlement on the part of Kyiv is carried out the way it is being conducted today, then after some time the troops of Novorossiya will stand near Kiev, and the population of Ukraine will be in the ranks of this army,” Panteleev said.
According to him, Kyiv must recognize “as negotiators its own people, already former citizens who think like Russian people.”
