Sevastopol, March 19 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – Commander of the Black Sea Fleet Alexander Vitko harshly commented on the permission of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense to use fire by personnel of blocked units in Crimea.

“In my opinion, what happened yesterday in Simferopol was definitely a provocation. The Maidan sniper worked according to the handwriting, two people were killed,” the admiral noted in a comment to the Moscow TV channel “Russia 24”.
“Recently, Ukrainian newspapers have been writing about the heroic defense of the Ukrainian Navy. I want to tell you that this heroism, first of all, lies in the fact that no one attacks the ships.
