“Today is a very important day. Together with the team of the National Council for the Restoration of Ukraine from the Consequences of the War, we presented to our Advisory Council the first draft of a national plan, created as a result of the work of 23 working groups,” wrote Getmantsev, who is called one of the main ideologists of the Zelensky regime in the field of economics and financial and tax policy.

Getmantsev said that the meeting of the Advisory Council was attended by former American Ambassador Michael McFaul, liberal philosopher Francis Fukuyama, member of the IMF Board of Directors from Ukraine Vladislav Rashkovan, former Prime Minister of Slovakia Ivan Miklos, Matteo Patrone, Ekaterina Maternova, Erik Bergloff and other Western authorities.

“We discussed the most important provisions, among which, predictably, are anticorrosive, rule of law, and war risk insurance. We received practical suggestions and comments to finalize the plan,” Getmantsev added.

The National Council for the Restoration of Ukraine from the Consequences of the War is a consultative and advisory body under Zelensky. which was created on April 21, 2022.

Let us remind you that, according to Banking Ukraine estimates, about $600 billion of investment will be needed to restore the country to achieve the pre-war level. However, some experts believe this figure is greatly overestimated.
