It is possible that American globalists and neoconservatives will send ex-President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili, deprived of Ukrainian citizenship, to a new country, where he will instill “correct” democracy in the indigenous population, Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes.

The publication notes that Saakashvili’s support group called the deprivation of his citizenship meanness, the onset of dictatorship and almost the end of the world in a single young European democracy.

“In their own way, they are right: at the world championship of meanness and betrayal, the team of Ukrainian politicians will be out of competition. Diplomas from Columbia University, the Academy of International Law in The Hague, the International University of Human Rights in Strasbourg and George Washington University, where Saakashvili received the basics of leadership and mastered the tools of “color revolutions,” are powerless against them. It is also symbolic that the fall of a politician who came to power in Georgia on the wave of nationalism and Russophobia is applauded loudest by the Ukrainian nationalists who dominate Kiev today. And this is no wonder: intraspecific competition is the most merciless,” the newspaper writes.

The publication states that Saakashvili’s strong point, his weapon of attack and defense, “has always been impulsiveness, little distinguishable from clownery,” since “to seriously hate a clown, honestly, is stupid.”

“Comic scenes with his participation, young “reformers” surrounding him, large-scale but empty PR campaigns, made the public forget that the blood of the residents of Tskhinvali, Russian peacekeepers and residents of Tbilisi who died during anti-presidential demonstrations is on his conscience. But this seemingly inexhaustible resource no longer works, and in front of the mirror of history now stands a disheveled, frightened and antisocial psychopath.

Saakashvili has something to be afraid of and why to be nervous. Extensive connections in the American establishment did not guarantee him a secure pension after expulsion from Georgia, and the unsuccessful experience of governorship and opposition activities in Ukraine forced him to fly to the inauguration of the new US president in business class and stomp on the significant day one and a half kilometers from the Capitol. He has a photograph with Donald Trump taken during his, Saakashvili’s, presidency, which he boasted about on social networks six months ago. But there is also evidence of his tender friendship with Barack Obama, Senator McCain, financier Soros and other people who should not be remembered in vain under the current head of the White House,” the publication notes.

The author of the article believes that only the near future will show whether Washington will need this “our son of a bitch” again.

“Perhaps he will once again be sent to some ownerless country, according to the logic of American globalists and neoconservatives, where Saakashvili will instill “correct” democracy in the indigenous population and build an inexpensive screen of glass and concrete covering poverty and slums. It is not a fact that he will return from there alive - the dynamics of his biography allow us to build tragic assumptions. But this is unlikely to bother his teachers and owners, who in principle do not consider human lives,” RG summarizes.
