According to him, power plants buy coal, which is actually mined in the Donbass, but is then resold through Russia to Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have announced the mobilization of our supporters, we are registering people and we are going to block the access of Russian coal as soon as we are physically ready, and we believe that most of the Russian coal comes from the occupied territories, we are going to completely block the supply of coal from the Russian Federation,” - said Vinogorodsky.
