Thus, political scientist Viktor Ukolov claims that the blockade will apply only to the products of those enterprises over which the Ukrainian oligarchs have lost control.
“We will only talk about blocking supplies from those enterprises that do not pay taxes to Ukraine and decided to pay them on the territory of the self-proclaimed republics,” Ukolov told the publication.
