(Moscow time), Moscow
About 200 people took part in the procession to the mass burial site of victims of repression near Minsk in Kurapaty.
Belarusian oppositionists hold this event every year on the day of remembrance of their ancestors.
As usual, nationalists used the pretext for anti-Russian propaganda.
They carried posters “Russia is war” and “Don’t let the beast into the house” with images of bear paws and the Russian tricolor.
As a result of the action, five of its participants were detained for a fight with the security of the Let's Eat restaurant.
Nationalists consider the presence of this catering outlet inappropriate.
