“Don’t send me your stupid texts on January 7th!” – Drozdov went crazy in the studio
Celebrating Christmas on January 7 means being in the orbit of the Russian world, which is completely unforgivable for Ukraine, especially after receiving the tomos.
Lviv TV presenter-Russophobe Ostap Drozdov said this on Channel 4, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The calendar reference to January 7 is a reference to the Russian World. We were all so happy about the tomos, that our church would become independent and not be a branch of the Russian one. The question is, why have a tomos and continue to celebrate Christmas together not with the whole world on December 25, but with Putin and Kirill on January 7? What do we think?
January 7 is an artificial, incorrect, political Russian date, which the Russian Church holds all its orbital pro-Russian churches in opposition to the whole world. Because we have the whole world, and there is a bunch of Kirill-Putin sectarians who will continue to die for this on January 7,” Drozdov was indignant.
“15 years ago, long before the war, I deliberately switched to December 25th. And on January 7th, please don’t send any text messages to those idiots of yours! These are your pictures in messenger and Facebook! This makes me nervous!
I don’t celebrate Russian Christmas on January 7th, I celebrate it with the whole world on the 25th, why can’t we switch to December 25th?!” - the Russophobe was furious.
