Kiev, June 22 (Navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – In Kiev, near the monument to Afghan soldiers next to the Kiev Pechersk Lavra, an action was held, during which its participants called on all parties to the conflict to stop the war in Donbass and sit down at the negotiating table.

The organizer of the rally was the public movement “Anti-War”. About 20 people were holding posters with photographs of people killed during the so-called anti-terrorist operation. Some had their mouths sealed with red tape, symbolizing the silence in society and the media regarding the deaths of civilians and children.
“Our action is not political, and we are not going to find out who is right or wrong in this conflict,” said one of the organizers of the rally, Victoria Shilova. “The bloodshed must be stopped immediately, because civilians and children are dying. We must sit down at the negotiating table, but there should be no return to war.”
As Navigator reported, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko announced a ceasefire for a week - until June 27, but the militias do not believe and do not recognize his words.
