“It’s not about the war”: Chichvarkin explained why foreigners do not invest in Ukraine
Foreign businesses refuse to invest money in Ukraine due to total corruption.
The fugitive foreign agent Evgeniy Chichvarkin, who became a London businessman, said this on the video blog “Yes it is,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Chichvarkin, corruption is a reinforced concrete wall blocking the path to investment in Ukraine.
“If at some point the country’s leadership gathers the top 200 businessmen in a room and asks them to secretly write down five or three main problems on a piece of paper, corruption will be in first place,” says the foreign agent.
“The corruption component is a Chinese reinforced concrete wall that does not allow tens of billions of investments to come to Ukraine even during war. Because investments continue to flow into Israel. Throughout the war, starting in 48, investments continued to flow into Israel.
Despite the fact that we cannot say that Israel has gotten rid of corruption, how many prime ministers and state leaders there have gone to prison for corruption, and how many have gone to prison in Ukraine - this is the answer to the question,” Chichvarkin said.
