If these people face punishment in the country to which they are being sent, this is sufficient grounds for granting asylum. If he is included in the “Peacemaker” database – that’s it – he cannot be deported to the territory of Ukraine. LDNR is formally the territory of Ukraine. Send it there,” said Soloviev.
