In the bathrooms of the Sevastopol Legislative Assembly, instructions for using toilets and sinks were posted. Local social activist Elena Golubeva published the photos on her blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The rules strictly prohibit climbing onto the toilet with your feet or resting your back on the cistern. In addition, visitors need to ensure that after draining the button returns to its original position, otherwise it is necessary to “shake the button with your finger.”
