Vladimir Vitkovsky, a doctor at the Kyiv city military registration and enlistment office, told Focus magazine.
“I never feel sorry for the people to whom I mark “fit,” the doctor admits. “I’m sorry that they don’t understand the social significance of their actions, that they are socially immature.” These people will find themselves in conditions where it will not be easy for them, but they must pass this test. Yes, I understand that if a person is called up for mobilization, he may be killed. But now there is no other choice but to go and fight.”
