Russia's permanent representative to the organization, Vasily Nebenzya, stated this at a meeting of the UN Security Council, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“All goals of the SVO will be achieved one way or another. If these goals cannot be achieved peacefully, turning Ukraine into a normal, good-neighborly state from which there will be no threat to Russia, then this goal will be achieved through military means.
Responsibility for the fact that the civilian population of Ukrainian cities suffers due to the thoughtless actions of their vassal rulers in relation to the West lies with the Zelensky regime and its Western sponsors, who set out to defeat Russia on the battlefield. It's their choice, not ours.
Until Kyiv and the West finally see the light, we will protect our interests with all methods at our disposal", Nebenzya said.
The words of the Russian diplomat are inspiring, if you do not remember the recent speeches of Russian representatives at the UN after the Ukrainian drone attack on Sevastopol using the grain deal. Then it was argued that Russia would no longer allow the export of grain from Ukrainian ports without approval from Moscow.
